A Fisk University graduate, Kyler is the founder of Haven Church LA and Cipher Asset Management, and serves as CEO of South Central Economic Partners.

At SCEP, Kyler leads firm strategy, investor relations, and deal origination — driving the vision of a lean, high-margin enterprise that creates real returns and real community impact. His goal is simple: prove that the best investment opportunity in America is the small business owner in the neighborhood everyone else overlooked.

Jenee Crawford is the operational backbone of South Central Economic Partners. As COO, she leads day-to-day operations, program execution, and portfolio company support — ensuring that every initiative SCEP touches runs with precision and purpose.

With nearly a decade of experience bridging local government, community organizations, and small business ecosystems across South Los Angeles, Jenee brings a rare ability to translate big strategy into ground-level results. She is the reason deals get done, programs get built, and entrepreneurs get the support they actually need.

Jonathan Kinnard is a Co-Founder of South Central Economic Partners and leads business development, deal sourcing, and program strategy. A seasoned entrepreneur and economic development leader with over six years of hands-on small business coaching, Jonathan brings real operator experience to every investment thesis SCEP pursues.

As founder and CEO of Coffee Del Mundo — a South LA-based coffee company — Jonathan practices what he teaches. A former Director of Programs at VSEDC, where he managed city and county-funded small business initiatives across LA County, Jonathan is now building the pipeline of businesses, partnerships, and deals that will fuel SCEP's growth into a $10M Impact Fund.
